Getting There
You’ll find our office in Downtown Duluth in the Stanley Building at 404 W Superior St. We do have 2 hr validated parking at the 4th Ave Auto Park.
Insurance
The following insurances are accepted for Psychotherapy services:
Optum (including United Health Care, Medica, UMR)
MHCP/MA (MN Health Care Program)
Health Partners
Blue Cross Blue Shield

UCare
Services may be covered partially or in full by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You can check your coverage by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
Payment for co-pays are due at the time of your appointment.
Out of Network? Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to see if you have out of network benefits that would cover your care.
Sliding Scale? We offer a sliding scale based on your income for private pay appointments without insurance.
