Getting There

You’ll find our office in Downtown Duluth in the Stanley Building at 404 W Superior St. We do have 2 hr validated parking at the 4th Ave Auto Park.

Insurance

We do not accept insurance.

Out of Network? Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to see if you have out of network benefits that would cover your care.

Sliding Scale? We offer a sliding scale based on your income for private pay appointments without insurance.
